Basic diagnostic

Initial diagnostic assessment for a straightforward concern. Additional testing may require approval.
Full diagnostic
$89
More involved troubleshooting and testing. The scope will be confirmed before work begins.
Standard labor
$95 / hour
One-hour minimum. Labor time and estimated total are approved with you before repairs.
Mobile service call
$30
Travel/service-call fee, confirmed for your location before dispatch.
After-hours labor
$125 / hour
For approved after-hours work. One-hour minimum; availability must be confirmed.
Parts
Cost + 25–30%
Parts pricing depends on availability and supplier. The parts total is shown on your estimate.
Diagnostic fees may be credited toward an approved repair when agreed in advance. The $30 service-call fee and diagnostic fee are separate unless your written estimate says otherwise. Final pricing, travel distance, parts, taxes, and job scope are confirmed before work begins. These are introductory rates and should be reviewed against your actual costs and local competition.
